Patient Feedback

Let's review some common patient feedback and responses. Sometimes you will have a patient report that they do not have a condition because they're taking medication for it. Be sure to emphasize to your patient that this includes conditions that they are taking medication for, even if the medication is meant to stabilize blood sugar levels or high blood pressure, are currently being monitored by a doctor for that condition, or have had a previous diagnosis. If a patient reports a condition that is not listed, you can enter it manually at the bottom of the review of systems page. This alerts your doctor of that condition.
