Now that we completed the lens product selection with our patient and we’ve tied up in a nice little bow, we’re able to move on into the frame selection. Before we get into that particular component, a presentation with our patient, I want to speak to you in regards to your board spaces.
All of the frames that you have in-house should have a background story. Where do they come from? What makes them amazing? Why do you love it? Why should your patient love it?
If you can't convey the reasoning or purpose that frame has on your board space, your patient will never be able to make an emotional connection with the product and that is imperative. As a patient making an emotional connection will want to have it and won't be able to leave without it.
