We can ask our patients for referrals directly; we can ask our patients “Are you happy with the care you’ve received today?” If the answer is yes, ask them to post a review. Last, we can send a quick survey to our patients asking for feedback. It is important that any feedback we receive we review with our team. It is an excellent opportunity for our practice or our team to continue to improve.
