Autorefraction

You will also notice a section for the autorefraction and you’ll see the right eye and the left eye indicated. Again, with those components of the refraction, the sphere, the cylinder, and the axis. So, again if we reference our autorefractor keratometer print out, you will use the numbers indicated in those parentheses. So, for this example it'll be -4.50 will be your spherical and -0.75 will be your cylinder. And your axis will be 158. You will repeat that process with the left eye. You can also notate some notes, if there is a section for you to indicate the pupillary distance measurements from the autorefractor. This indicates that this information was pulled from that print out.
