Conversation Part 2

As you're having this conversation with your patient and building the relationship with them, you're obviously going to be asking them questions to get to know them better. What you ask and how you ask it is important as you have a limited amount of time to get to know them.

Try to avoid asking questions that give you yes or no replies from your patient and when they do provide you answers, are you utilizing those answers to help guide you in offering the patient products that will help make their lives better.
