Critical Point #2 – Those of us inside the world of optometry are passionate about eye health and love contact lenses and glasses! It’s important to understand that for most people coming in and paying for eye care and eye wear, it's a grudge purchase. They have to do it, but they don’t want to.

Critical Point #3 – Given points #1 and #2, most of your patients are happy to return to you (the path of least resistance, you might say), but they’ll need some prompting from your end. You must make it as easy as possible for them to travel the path back to you.
