The Schedule Dashboard: ​The dashboard provides a compelling, live view of the playing field.​ Monthly and year-to-date graphs and gauges tell the story of your clinic’s vision and journey.​ Real-time tracking measure sticks allow you to see exact quantities and form a plan of action to win.​

Here we have comprehensive exams year-to-date. Orange is dedicated to goal and purple to actual performance. Those goals and performance are reflected in actual units above the monthly bar graph. You can see your goal in orange and your actual performance in purple. The difference between those is represented in the real-time tracking measure sticks.

The comprehensive exam tracking graph here indicates how many exams you were over your goal for the month of January or you can see here how many exams you were shy of your goal in March.

Here’s your patient demographic, your ECP days, and your comprehensive exams versus refractions. Your comprehensive exams will be the same as your actual indicated on the comprehensive exam monthly bar chart.

Last on the graphs is your no-show chart. You can see which exam types in your three buckets have a tendency to no show the most. Is it comprehensive, problem-focused, or your no fee follow-up contact lens exams? What is the total of each appointment type bucket for no-shows, the total, and what is your no-show rate? If your no-show rate is above 3%, make a plan of action to attack that and get that number down. Otherwise, you lose a lot of productivity time.

The interactive text boxes allow you to record one to two wildly important goals. Here we have box one, followed by box two. Document current results, desired results, and the deadline to reach the desired result. Additional questions help you decide which lead measures are influenceable, that will help create leverage to move the needle for positive change and hit your wildly important goals.
