The optical dashboard. The dashboard provides a compelling, live view of the playing field.​ Monthly and year-to-date graphs and gauges tell the story of your clinic’s vision and journey.​ Real-time tracking measuring sticks allow you to see exact quantity and form a plan of action to win.​

Here you can see the goal on the back of the speedometer with the yellow speedometer needle indicating your actual performance. On the monthly bar graph, you can see the bars with purple showing your actual performance and unit amounts versus your goal. Year-to-date calculations are made for actual goal and then finally, the difference that you need to make up or perhaps you are exceeding your goal. Here we have written prescriptions year-to-date followed by complete capture rate. Lens enhancements capture rate based on anti-reflective, blue light and photochromic.

Sunglasses sold and capture rate based on Plano, prescription, and total sunglasses capture rate.

Finally, we have total remakes including your monthly remake rates, followed by refunds, monthly and as a year-to-date total. ​

The interactive text boxes allow you to record one to two wildly important goals. Here we have text box one, followed by text box two. Document current results, desired results, and the deadline to reach the desired result. Additional questions help you decide which lead measures are influenceable, that will help create leverage to move the needle for positive change and hit your wildly important goals.
