AR Dashboard

The accounts receivable dashboard. The dashboard provides a compelling, live view of the playing field. Monthly and year-to-date graphs and gauges tell the story of your clinic’s vision and journey. Real-time tracking measuring sticks allow you to see exact quantities and form a plan of action to win.

The first graphs indicate accounts receivable balance versus benchmark in a year-to-date average. Your current performance is 95.9% and is under the benchmark of 100% which is great. Your performance is also indicated by the yellow speedometer needle, against the orange backfill that represents the benchmark of 100%.

Over on the monthly graphs, you can see the actual monthly AR balance total in relationship to the benchmark. Those averages are indicated again with actual, benchmark, the difference and the difference in percentage point.

Next, you have patient and insurance accounts receivable graphs. The data tables and color-coded legend allow you to see trends and warning signs within your balances over time. We also have your average balance per month for 0-60 and 61 and over aging.

Finally, you have a visual for your sent to collections year-to-date and timely filling write-offs year-to-date.

The interactive text boxes allow you to record one to two wildly important goals. Here we have box one, followed by box two.
