Delegating Marketing

When you think about delegating your marketing, don't get overwhelmed. You're still going to be in control. But by delegating, you're offering more time for patients and you're giving somebody that's the first point of contact, whether it's new patients or existing, the opportunity to learn what's working when it comes to your marketing. You can delegate tasks like social media and ordering print items for your practice. There's a few more that we'll talk about in the next program, but those are just a few.

Although it is a team effort. You should be bringing your marketing plan and your marketing calendar to your monthly team meetings, so that everyone is on the same page when it comes to marketing your practice.
