Direct Clear

You now know your patient better and they likely know more about you too and you still have to present them with the balance due. Just be direct and clear when discussing charges. Your fees are fair and justified for the product that the patient will be receiving.

If at all possible, offer package pricing so that your patient doesn't get overwhelmed with calculations and for your patients that do hesitate, sometimes verbally and sometimes with body language, make sure that you offer other options to those patients.
