Now, let’s review documentation for your photos. Typically, this depends on how your camera is set up. It is best practice to have the images available for your doctor in the exam room, to review with the patient. I would recommend bringing up both the right and the left eye images on the screen. A copy of the images should be saved under the patients record in the EMR. Review the procedure for aquiring the fundus photos with your doctor.
