As you work through these three elements and review and kind of score yourself upon each one. Now you're going to calculate your final score and help you come to your final decision. You are eliminating the lowest element satisfied and you'll code with the next lowest elements two out of three elements must be satisfied per the level criteria. Risk and the number of problems addressed are probably going to drive the majority of your cases, but again take into account the patient presenting itself and each individual case as some of that data complexity may present a little bit differently, but for the majority, your risk and number of problems addressed will probably drive a large amount of your medical decision making.
