Office Visit Levels

If you refer to your schedule template you should already have allocated times for office visits. However, you know as well as I do that not all appointments can be planned ahead of time. This would typically be patients calling in between scheduled appointments, or may be a situational appointment. We’ve reviewed in the schedule optimization course the best place for these patients to go on your schedule. These office visits will generally be categorized into these three levels: emergency, urgent, and priority. Lets review the difference for each. ​
