Recall is defined as the act of contacting previous patients in order to schedule them for a medical or regular vision care appointment. There are many approaches to recall, so let's walk through the most common ones, from highly effective down to least effective. Remember that chances are your practice uses a number of techniques to ensure that these patients are reached, one way or another.
