Hello Dr. Lee, your next patient is Sarah Davis. She is 47 years old. She currently takes Lorazepam for anxiety and Metformin for diabetes. She's had no significant changes to her health in the last year. Her last A1C was 6.7 in November. I did track down her primary care physician's contact information for you and it is listed in her chart for your interpretation report. If you could please review her fundus photos and take a special look at her left eye. She notices difficulty with her vision at nighttime after spending about 6 plus hours on the computer. She currently works as a legal advisor. And when she goes home in the evening, she's spending additional time on her digital devices.  She reports dry eye and no relief with over-the-counter drops and she does like to take her dog, Max, on hikes on the weekends .​
