Social Listening

Social listening is similar to your market research. However, its more about keeping an eye on your competition to see what is working for them. With doing so, you’re learning what is important to potential patients. While you're scoping out the competition, you’ll also want to listen to your patients. What do they want to see, what draws them in? An example of social listening would be to review your competitors Facebook page. Which posts are getting the most action. Then review your posts to see which is getting the most engagement on your page. Where is your target audience, what are they actively participating in? This is going to help guide you.
