Teamwork

I would like to wrap up course one by acknowledging that we believe your role, actually all roles within the practice, are built upon the foundational principle that we work together as a team, supporting the practice, and our patient care. Basically, this means that there's no “that’s not my job.” So, while patient reception may be your home plate, it’s important that you learn other areas of the practice to support the team as needed. As well as they should learn how to schedule and pull an insurance authorization. This allows for you, it allows for everyone to build their skills, to obtain knowledge, and to successfully and confidently work together as a team and not miss a beat.
