Welcome to Focusing on 2021! As we all know, 2020 is a year that we never expected it to be. However, 2020 is a year that will help us to better prepare for the unexpected going forward and it will be one that we never forget.

Our team of Executive Management Coaches and Practice Management Directors have collaborated together to bring you this program.

My name is Michelle Bogeart, Executive Management Coach with Williams Group Optometric Success Center, and I look forward to presenting this program, focused on filling the gaps in your 2021 schedule, with my colleague Ellie Rogers.

Hello, my name is Ellie Rogers, Practice Management Director with Williams Group Optometric Success Center. I’m excited to help guide you and your practice in the right direction for success.
