Welcome and again, my name is Robin Elliot. The goal of this course is to provide you with guidance and knowledge regardless of your role within the practice, as it relates to insurance billing and ensuring your patient has a phenomenal experience from start to finish. We’re going to start by looking at some basic definitions and terminology that you need to know in order to feel confident in your role as well as I'd like to provide a couple of resources or tools that I think you might find helpful​
