Alright, we’ve separated all of the applications that came in into “red” and “green” files. Next, we’re going to want to prune down that green file even further. Hopefully, you have at least ten quality applicants to choose from. I want you to go ahead and pick your top five favorite applicants based on skills, experience, and the potential value they could bring to your team.
You’ll choose these five applicants because I want you to have more than two to talk to. Sometimes people will surprise you, for better or for worse. So, always interview or at least attempt to interview five applicants.
