Welcome to course seven. One of my own personal favorite numbers and I hope it is for you. As we wrap up our patient reception frontline efficiencies program, let’s take a look at some of those tools and technologies that will help improve communication, improve workflow, and enhance the positive culture that we all strive for in our daily work lives. First, we're going to look at some of the tools, technology that we recommend for the patient reception area. Then we’re going to look at that command center and the all important central communication system. Then we’re going to wrap up with a few, just a few, of our favorite resources.
