Some of these questions can sound similar to these: “Mrs. Smith, what do you plan on doing for the rest of your afternoon?”

Mrs. Smith may reply that she's returning to work, which allows you to speak to her about any of her eyewear needs during her work day. She may mention that she is taking the remainder of the day off and plans on going to a quilting Club. That allows you to ask her about any issues that she has when she's wearing her everyday glasses when she quilts.

Other questions may be what are you planning on doing this summer or over the weekend. You may even ask Mrs. Smith if there ever a time she feels as though her everyday pair of glasses just don't perform as well as you'd like them to. All of these questions will allow you to provide more solutions for your patients, just make sure that you guide them through the product.
