Documentation of review of systems will look different in every EMR system. Typically, it will look like a dropdown list. You can easily check the box to the condition that pertains to that specific system. Other software systems may require you to type in the condition manually. I highly recommend utilizing any training offered by your EMR system to maximize utilization and increase efficiency when charting.
