Hello and welcome! Today’s topic is 5 STAR patient reception and key frontline efficiencies that will help you positively impact your role as patient reception coordinator at front desk as well as your role in providing excellent patient care and protecting the financial success of your practice.

I’d like to start with a helpful mantra to keep in mind and that is 5 STAR. So, what is it? Well, when you do those Google reviews, what do you look for? You look for those 5 golden stars, right? Yes! And also STAR, what does that mean? Well, I like to say it stands for satisfying, timely, attainable, results. So, thus we have 5 STAR patient care or in this case, 5 STAR patient reception. 

My name is Robin Elliott and I will be guiding you through this course as we provide you with tips and tools that ultimately provide you, often the gatekeeper of the practice, to have a plan to confidently and efficiently and successfully manage that first and often lasting impression of your patients.
