Log Tab

The log tab is the second tab listed in the spreadsheet. We felt it necessary to provide you with a COVID-19 tracking log for you here in the log tab. Include everyone; doctors, staff, scheduled patients, visitors of scheduled patients, walk-in traffic such as dispenses and adjustments, even your UPS personnel. Why? You may be contacted in the event that a positive case discloses a visit to your office to the health department and you will be prepared. This effort also demonstrates that your office is going above and beyond in efforts to curb an outbreak in your community.
