Overview

These are systems that are documented within your EHR that need to be reviewed with each patient, dependent upon the level of office visit.

For each system, I will give a general definition to review the education and purpose. I will also describe if a patient reports a condition under that system, how it can specifically affect their eyes.

I will also include scripting for examples on how to ask your patients if they report any conditions under that particular system.
