Patient Responses

Let’s review some common patient feedback and responses. Will it touch my eye? I think it’s important to not lie to the patient, but to let them know that they should not feel any discomfort and that they’ll barely notice anything while you’re taking the test. Sometimes with the air puff, it can be a little startling, but typically if you let the patient know what to expect, you’ll have a much better response from the patient.
