You are about to begin your patient scheduling program. Before you do though, I thought it was important that I jump on and just let you know that I understand that many of you, your practice is still on a reduced schedule or even potentially looking at a re-closure as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. I get it. Nevertheless, I want you to know that all of the best practices that I'll be reviewing with you in the upcoming courses are still applicable, they'll just be adjusted for your current scheduling capacity.
