Social media started as a way to connect with your old friends online, and now it’s morphed into a place where businesses connect with their audience in a personalized, more human way.
Social media marketing offers a personal and less formal way to get to know your patients. It is also a way for patients to get more information, ask for help and book appointments online. Online appointment requests have really taken off this past year. However, messages to practice Facebook pages requesting appointments or more information often go unnoticed or there aren’t systems in place to make sure that those messages are responded to. We will cover more on that later in the presentation.
Overall, connecting with your patients is the key to success on social media and I cannot stress that enough. People trust people, not businesses. So how do you do that?
