We know you can’t be available on social media 24/7 for patient questions like what are your hours, what are your costs, or what services do you offer? However, you can easily set up what’s called an autoresponder. It’s a pre-determined message response that can be sent automatically to patients during certain hours, or when you are away from your page. It lets the patient know that you have received their question, that they are valued, and that you will get back to them as soon as possible. You can even customize it with their name!

Another great function of autoresponders is that you can set it to send a response based on their question. For example, if the patient sent a message that said “What are your hours?” It could trigger a response that sent your hours back to the patient if you weren’t available at that time.
