We have created and attached a new VSP tool that you can use to help you determine how your practice may be affected by the brand of lens you decide to use when comparing the VSP reimbursements to your chair cost per exam. The general take away from this course, is to make sure that we truly understand what we are being reimbursed from our vision payors to ensure we are not losing our shirts when it comes to providing the quality care we want to provide. The idea is to take the information we have shared with you and use the same process and mindset when evaluating your other vision payers or other insurance payers to see how they may be impacting your practice and where to look for opportunities that may help to improve your practice.
