Target Audience

Your target audience is broken down by a buyer persona. This is a fictional person you’ve created by imagining the characteristics of your potential patient. Basically, your ideal patient. So, when thinking about your schedule, do you have patients who make you cringe when you see their name in the schedule or do you have patients who make you feel excited for the next day to see them? When you’re defining your target audience, make sure it consists of the attributes similar to those of the patients that you’re excited to see. Your target audience should be the patients you are excited to see and have in your practice.
