Word of Mouth

Selecting a provider for your family is extremely important and can be overwhelming with the number of providers in your area. By following all of the previously mentioned marketing channels, your potential patients will know that you exist, but how will they know who you are and what to expect within your practice? You should be utilizing those channels for more than just getting your name out there and begin to tell your story, but in today’s world, that isn’t enough. Most people need to hear recommendations from others who’ve experienced the practice first hand before they truly consider making a purchase with your brand.

This is where word of mouth marketing comes in. I’d actually prefer to call it "world of mouth", because with all of the social media platforms available, when you have something to say, it can go viral! At least to all of your friends' pages, wherever they may live. Create a campaign with your team to ensure every patient receives 5 STAR care while in your practice to encourage those patients to want to talk about your practice in a positive manner. This will allow your patients to do the talking for you. They will tell their friends and family about your practice, sparking interest in those patients to come check out your practice. Those new patients will know what to expect with your practice and they'll become more loyal to you. and in the end, they'll refer their friends and family to you.
