Your Role

I want to review a few key statistics for you to keep in mind. Now, I do want to acknowledge that the entire team's actions play a role in impacting these stats. However, it does all start with patient reception and how we handle the schedule and being prepared to see our patients.

Now as you think about your role as patient reception coordinator, I want you to think about how you can enhance the patient's experience in other areas of the practice by how you communicate to the patient on the phone, how you communicate with a patient at check-in, and how you communicate with the team throughout the patient experience.
