If you refer to your schedule template you should already have allocated times for office visits. However, you know as well as I do that not all appointments can be planned ahead of time. This would typically be patients calling in between scheduled appointments or may be a situational appointment. These office visits will generally be categorized into these three levels: emergency, urgent, and priority. Let’s review the difference for each.
