Priority Visit

Priority cases are those that we should incorporate into our schedule within one week of their request for an appointment. We should convey to the patient that their concerns are heard and are important to us. ​

​Some examples of priority cases include: ​

• Slow onset blurring vision​
• Seasonal allergy complaints​
• Red eyes associated with contact lens wear​
• Lost contacts or glasses​
• Ocular migraines or headaches​
